Architectural Drafter / Interior Designer – Luxury Residential Projects
Aventura, FL | Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 4 PM

Join a premier design-build firm in Aventura, FL , known for delivering $1M–$10M ultra-luxury homes and high-end renovations across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We’re seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter / Interior Designer skilled in producing precise drawings and creative layouts for high-end residential remodels and new-construction projects.

Responsibilities

Draft and develop architectural and interior design drawings for custom homes and renovations
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to refine design intent
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, millwork, and finish schedules
Coordinate drawing sets for permitting and construction
Select materials, finishes, and interior details consistent with luxury-level standards

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting or interior design for high-end residential projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp ; 3D rendering skills a plus
Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes
Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred
