We believe that we’re better together. Our team is hybrid and requires applicants to live commuting distance from a Blueair office (NYC or Chicago Loop) and be in-office Tuesday-Thursday.

Applicants must currently reside in Illinois, New York or New Jersey.

Position Description :

The Associate Product Manager will focus on supporting Blueair product strategy and portfolio management. Main responsibilities include implementation of product strategy, innovation launch management, managing product assortment and life-cycle maintenance and providing market intelligence and data performance.

Responsibilities and Functions :

  • Drive Blueair product, portfolio business insights & performance tracking.
  • Support the launch management and business case development of U.S. innovation and portfolio phase-in phase-out management.
  • Provide innovation post-launch evaluation and quarterly product portfolio reporting with key insights to management and leadership teams.
  • Drive competitor, category and market trend analysis.
  • Develop insight driven product recommendations and requirements for the US market.
  • Collaborate with and drive internal and external partners to plan and execute new product launches, line extension and tactical SKU launches on time, on spec and within budget.
  • Support Blueair US claims development, testing and legal sign-off.
  • Champion product knowledge by becoming the internal product expert and support cross-functional teams with key product information, launch timings & training.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 year's successful track record in marketing and/or product management in a B2C environment, preferably within the consumer durables sector.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required.
  • Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration & communication skills. Experience working with global/local teams preferred.
  • Solid financial foundation to help manage product P&L.
  • Comfortable presenting and able to articulate key points and issues effectively and engagingly.
  • Can distill market & data analysis into actionable insights.
  • High level of analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail oriented, with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Passion for winning, entrepreneurial thinker, and growth mindset.

  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally 10% of the year.

Pay: The base salary pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year. Blueair takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
