Responsibilities:
- Build relationships & create customers for life.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Address customer inquiries using various unique technologies to engage customer interest.
- Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to reach as many customers as possible.
- Set appointments with customers.
- Handle walk-in customers
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles to customers
- Go on test drives with customers
- Guide customers through the sales process
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster referral and repeat business
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Must have prior Automotive Sales and Internet Experience
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in & outs
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
