Scope
The Bar manager of Golden HOF is responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of our existing beverage program. They will oversee menu curation and selections, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring financial performance. This position is also responsible for leading the bar team, managing training and development, maintaining service standards, and ensuring efficient bar operations during service shifts. The Bar manager collaborates closely with other members of the management team to ensure a cohesive guest experience and effective support.
