Job Description
**Job Summary**
Join our dynamic team as a CJA Developer where you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), AEP and Analysis Workspace. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital platforms ensuring seamless user experiences and operational excellence. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in advancing our companys mission and positively impacting society.
**Responsibilities**
+ Configure and manage CJA connections, data views, and metrics.
+ Integrate data from AEP and other systems into Customer Journey Analytics.
+ Build dashboards and visualizations using Analysis Workspace.
+ Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency across channels.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs.
+ Optimize performance of queries and visualizations.
**Qualifications**
+ Strong expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Analysis Workspace.
+ Knowledge of AEP datasets, schemas, and connections.
+ Strong understanding of data modeling, joins, and relationship mapping.
+ Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and API integration.
+ Ability to translate business requirements into analytic solutions.
+ Understanding of Adobe Analytics (traditional) and migration to CJA.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
