Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial litigation matters, with some background or exposure to insurance defense a plus. You will work closely with a team of highly respected attorneys in a collaborative, supportive environment where your skills will be recognized and cultivated.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent clients in commercial litigation disputes in both state and federal courts.
* Manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial.
* Handle depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
* Advise business clients on potential litigation risks and pre-litigation strategy.
* Support insurance defense matters when necessary.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey (both preferred but not required).
* 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience.
* Insurance defense experience is a plus but not mandatory.
* Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
