Now Hiring: Controller | $140K–$170K | On-Site | DFW Area  
A well-established manufacturing company in the  Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking a  Controller to join their leadership team. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting directly to the CFO—ideal for someone who thrives on diverse challenges and wants to make a tangible impact across the business.
  What You’ll Bring:

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3+ years in a Controller or senior-level role with staff management
• Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP system experience, and advanced Excel skills

  Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and internal controls
• Oversee inventory cost accounting, billing, A/R, A/P, and payroll review
• Maintain and improve financial procedures and control environments
• Manage risk, corporate insurance, and compliance processes
• Provide hands-on leadership across departments and operations

  Position Details:

• Location:  100% On-site (Dallas-Fort Worth area)
• Compensation:  $140K–$170K DOE
• Schedule:
  • Regular Hours:  Mon–Fri, 7AM–5PM
  • Summer Hours:  Mon–Thu 7AM–5PM; Fri 7AM–11AM
