GENERAL FUNCTION: This position will provide a wide range of complex analytical and presentation support to Corporate Banking groups and Industry Verticals within the Bancorp. The position will also entail utilization of analytical and modeling skills to provide consistent data and reporting support as part of a team of Analysts to deliver a high quality work product. This position will develop, manage and maintain financial models, comparable company and transaction databases as well as presentation materials. The role is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and understand complex financial models.
• Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight.
• Create high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other relevant presentations to support the effort of the team.
• Work well as part of a team in a high stress environment.
• Develop good working relationships with peers and seniors in Credit, Capital Markets and the rest of the organization.
• Manage priorities while working on a number of high priority opportunities simultaneously.
• Complete basic credit and corporate finance overview and analysis independently.
• Serve as support to the Managing Directors and be capable of making internal and external software programs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking.
• Credit and corporate finance skills preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical skills and good working knowledge of financial modeling.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like
• Extended viewing of a CRT screen
