Job Overview

The Corporate Community Relations Coordinator manages and produces events from conception through completion. The event planner works with internal and external stakeholders to organize memorable events that meet quality expectations.

Location: Denver

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Some evenings and weekends may be required based on department events/needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support for the Corporate and Community Development team to include monitoring the CCD inbox, creating meeting agendas, updating team trackers, drafting event recap reports, and creating PowerPoints presentations.
  • Entering Just Ask Children’s entries and sending monthly prizes
  • Social media audits for community and sports med partners
  • Provide support for the all programs to include assisting with events, creating, and pulling survey data, and sending out monthly content to partners.
  • High quality project management, delivering elements within time limits and budgets
  • Manages the Discounts and Opportunities program by securing new partners and updating the website
  • Send monthly content to partners (Sports Med, Community, Corporate, and Schools)
  • Attending/Working community partner events in person and virtually
  • Supports and coordinates internal events as needed
  • Provide administrative support for the Vice President, Board and Community Relations
  • Conduct other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degrees
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Two years of experience providing event planning and consultation services.
Salary Information

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Hourly Range: $26.98 to $40.47
