As we expand, we’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to be the compassionate, authentic voices of change at live community events.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with the public at live outreach events—representing nonprofit campaigns, communicating impactful messages, and building genuine connections that inspire action.
Represent nonprofit and advocacy campaigns at community outreach events and activations
Share mission-driven messages with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm
Build and nurture lasting relationships with donors, supporters, and local communities
Collaborate with outreach teams to boost campaign visibility and engagement
Serve as a professional, authentic ambassador for social causes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for nonprofit work, advocacy, or community engagement
Positive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
Comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face public roles
No prior experience necessary — comprehensive paid training provided
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
