Responsibilities: Customer Service: Interact with our valued customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with inquiries, orders, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Warehouse Duties: Receive, store, and distribute products. Ensure the warehouse is organized, and inventory is maintained accurately. Customer Deliveries: Act as a back up driver to deliver our quality products to customers. Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, process orders, and maintain records with precision. Shipping and Receiving: Safely load and unload products for shipment. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality guidelines. Use of Technology: Utilize various software systems to track orders and inventory. Requirements: Valid Driver\'s License. Previous warehouse experience and customer service experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Forklift operation experience is an advantage.
