We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Spiideo team!

This role is based in Philadelphia, USA and you will report directly to the VP of Customer Success. Our newly opened U.S. office is located in Mindspace Wanamaker — a beautifully restored, centrally located co-working space in a historic building overlooking City Hall. Spiideo has its own private corner suite, offering a bright, spacious, and inspiring environment to collaborate and connect.

The role:

In this role, you will manage a predominantly NCAA Conferences and individual sports programs using Spiideo across all our products - Spiideo Perform, Spiideo Play, and Spiideo Replay.

Core responsibilities:

  • Supporting Sales:  collaboration with sales on trials and go-to-market plans
  • Onboarding & Training: onboard and train new customers
  • Project management: ability to coordinate and manage complex implementations
  • Renewals:  proactively engage to renew customers and reduce churn
  • Sales: identify opportunities to maximize and expand usage
  • Relationship building: cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders

What type of customers would you manage?

  • NCAA Conferences
  • Individual NCAA programs across all sports (Am Football, Basketball, Soccer, etc.)
  • Other leagues and sports organizations

What we are looking for:

  • Prior Customer Success or Sales experience (at least 2 years)
  • Sports tech industry (or coaching background) required
  • Very process-driven and structured approach to working
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, positive, team first attitude
  • Excellent ability to train customers via Webinars, 1on1 meetings, etc.
  • Very strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for customer success and get joy out of seeing our customers succeed

Location

This is a full-time onsite/hybrid position based in Philadelphia, USA. Spiideo's global headquarters is based in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to VP of Customer Success.
