What will you be doing? Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:

• Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Lump Sum Price, Design/Build and Construction Manager/General Contractor project contract types.
• Provide clear detailed quantity take offs.
• Organize subcontractor’s quotations, negotiate to ensure quotes meet contract documents
• Complete budgeting for projects and track the same from schematic design through Construction Documents.
• Identification of potential construction risks.
• Maintain relationships with sub‐contractors and clients.
• Ensure operations personnel are provided with proper documentation related to projects.
• Formulate cost break down from estimates.
• Meet with potential clients to discuss options for proposed services.
