We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events that align with our clients’ objectives and brand identity. From concept development to on-site execution, you will ensure every element runs smoothly and successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution from pre-production to post-event wrap-up

  • Liaise with clients to determine objectives, budgets, and timelines

  • Source and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers

  • Oversee event set-up, staffing, and logistics

  • Maintain detailed event documentation, contracts, and budgets

  • Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met

  • Conduct on-site inspections and supervise event staff during execution

  • Evaluate event success and create post-event reports

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
