With three distinct locations throughout Fairfax County — including a private event space — we offer a wide range of experiences for craft beer lovers, eventgoers, and curious newcomers alike.

Position Summary

Bunnyman Brewing is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and energetic Event Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events across all three of our locations. From large-scale public festivals to intimate private gatherings, this role will be central to delivering memorable, on-brand experiences that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute large-scale events at all Bunnyman Brewing locations, including seasonal festivals, concerts, vendor markets, and themed beer events.

• Manage smaller private events at our dedicated event spaces, including bookings, staffing, and customer communications.

• Coordinate logistics across departments, working closely with tasting room managers, operations, and third-party vendors.

• Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to promote events across all platforms with compelling content and strategy.

• Build and maintain event calendars, budgets, checklists, and post-event evaluations to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Oversee permitting, compliance, and ABC-related requirements for special events.

• Be on-site to supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed (nights and weekends required).

• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, artists, and community groups for event partnerships.

• Recruit and manage event volunteers or temporary event staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a hospitality or brewery setting.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Able to manage multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, event planning tools, and social media collaboration platforms.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand.

• Passion for craft beer and local community engagement is a plus.
