As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a vital, customer-facing role supporting high-profile marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to assigned tasks within your team and independently when needed.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the client to ensure smooth communication.
• Support fundraising and outreach efforts to help meet campaign goals.
• Attend required meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Strive to improve cost-effectiveness and overall customer experience.
• Engage with customers and ensure their requests and questions are handled efficiently.
• Record detailed and accurate reports of donations and outreach activity.
• Provide weekly (or as-needed) progress updates to the Managing Director.
• Develop strong customer service and communication skills in line with company standards.
