As an Excel Analyst (VBA & Business Insights), you ll support VF teams on a project basis, applying advanced Excel and VBA expertise to streamline reporting, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights. This contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can jump into complex Excel ecosystems with confidence.

Here s what the work entails:

• Maintain and enhance Excel workbooks used for forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting
• Develop and refine VBA macros to automate workflows and reduce manual effort
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Excel-based systems
• Optimize performance of large and complex Excel models
• Document processes, formulas, and VBA code for transparency and scalability
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs as assigned

What do you need to succeed? We all bring unique strengths to work. For this contract role, success starts with the following foundation:

• 3 5 years of experience in Excel-based analysis, VBA development, or business operations
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, array formulas, dynamic charts)
• Strong command of VBA programming and debugging
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights clearly
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems or financial modeling
