Workers will perform winter-season agricultural support work on a grain farm. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Inspect, clean, and maintain farm equipment and machinery including tractors, planters, sprayers, and combines.
• Perform general mechanical servicing: checking fluids, lubricating moving parts, replacing filters, inspecting belts and hoses, and minor repairs.
• Clean and sanitize grain bins, augers, and surrounding storage areas to prepare for the next harvest season.
• Remove old grain and residue from storage units, check for pests or mold, and report issues.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the farm shop and storage buildings.
• Prepare fields for spring planting by tilling, clearing debris, or applying soil treatments (weather permitting).
• Maintain farm infrastructure including fences, gates, and access roads.
• Perform general grounds maintenance such as snow clearing (only on farm property), weed control around bins and sheds, and pressure-washing equipment.
• Follow all farm safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
