What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshoot and repair Sciex LC/MS and Shimadzu HPLC systems in the field
Lead and train service team members on diagnostics and installations
Oversee refurbishments, calibrations, and internal testing of lab instruments
Conduct PMs, installations, and user trainings at client sites
Ensure accurate service documentation, scheduling, and inventory oversight
About You
Be able to do the job as described
Experienced with Sciex LC/MS (4000–7500) and Shimadzu HPLC (LC20–LC40) systems
Comfortable handling blood or urine samples during equipment testing
Skilled with Sciex Analyst and OS software platforms
Capable of teaching and establishing new refurbishment procedures
