We’re growing fast, are profitable, and have ambitious plans. Now, we’re looking to scale the team with the right full-stack developer. You’ll help us build powerful features with the TALL stack.

The Job

As a self-starter with a bias for action, you’d not find yourself wasting time in meetings, commuting to work, or handling support tickets. You’d instead build new features end-to-end using the TALL stack, help shape scalable frameworks for feature development, and improve or refactor existing processes.

Your day-to-day:

1. Front-End:
   • Leverage our existing Tailwind & Alpine.js-based component system to rapidly prototype new feature UI’s
   • Your MVP/prototype would then be fleshed out internally → no additional action required on your end
2. Back-End:
   • Create new features and functionality according to our existing coding standards & principles
     • Notably, we strongly prefer you create relevant tests (TDD) and optionally refactor following internal feedback
   • Strong grasp of the Laravel & Livewire framework a prerequisite
   • Firm understanding of code optimization techniques; caching, queuing, etc.
3. Product:
   • Identify opportunities to refactor and re-architect areas of the codebase.
   • Help shape scalable frameworks for feature development
   • Review and propose new platform functionality

The ideal fit:

• Has prior experience with the TALL stack
• Knows the ins and outs of Livewire & Alpine.js
• Comfortable with the TDD approach of writing features/functionality
• Ability to work independently without requiring frequent steering or check-ins
