We are excited to invite a Hospitality Renovation Superintendent to become a part of our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, and implementation. As a small yet ambitious hotel and timeshare renovation company, we are looking to expand our talented workforce.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning through to successful implementation.
- Allocate resources effectively for assigned projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Communicate and coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Uphold high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications, ensuring quality outcomes.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in hotel or timeshare renovation, or related fields such as apartment construction/renovation.
- Strong customer service skills to enhance client relationships.
- Familiarity with construction management software, particularly Procore.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate project success.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.
