We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** **Oversees day-to-day operation of HVAC maintenance; including work requests and ordering parts.** **Conducts periodic inspections on hospital to assure completeness of work performed.** **Repairs heating/air condition equipment.** **Repairs control/circuits.** **Repairs refrigeration equipment.** **Performs PMs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.** **Performs filter operation checks and replacement.** **Performs assigned area sweeps.** **All other duties assigned.** **EXPERIENCE:** Required - 3 years experience on installation and repair of HVAC. Preferred - Hospital experience. **EDUCATION:** Required - High school graduate/GED or Vocational School completion with HVAC certification and training.
