We are seeking a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to provide night coverage (7 PM - 7 AM) for 4-6 shifts per month in a community emergency department. The role involves managing a variety of lower acuity ED patients, performing necessary procedures, and handling some administrative tasks. Shift options also include day (7 AM - 7 PM) and mid-day (9 AM - 9 PM) coverage as needed. This position requires a local candidate within driving distance for easy shift flexibility.
Requirements:
Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Active Pennsylvania License
Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, CPR, PALS, Stroke Certification
Emergency Medicine experience preferred
