Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Injection Mold Operator, you will operate molding machines, inspect parts, and support production goals. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce parts according to quality and production standards.
- Inspect finished parts for defects such as flash, short shots, or discoloration.
- Trim excess material, package parts, and prepare items for shipping or assembly.
- Load materials into machines and monitor the production cycle.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
- Report machine issues, defective parts, or material shortages to supervisors.
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
- Assist with basic machine cleanings and mold changes as trained.
Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided.
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 35–50 lbs as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and measurement skills are a plus.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures.
