About Our Opportunity:
Our front desk team does more than greet patients, they are the face and voice of our brand. We’re looking for someone passionate about plastic surgery and aesthetics, driven by service, and confident in supporting the sales process. You’ll not only support the patient experience but also help guide prospective candidates toward solutions that make them feel confident and cared for. If you’re naturally great at connecting with people and making them feel confident and supported in pursuing their aesthetic goals, this is the role for you!

As our Medical Receptionist, you play a crucial role in shaping patient experiences. You'll provide helpful information about procedures, expectations, and recovery, with support from our experienced Patient Care Coordinators.

Your responsibilities include:

• Scheduling appointments.
• Checking patients in/out.
• Responding to patient inquiries promptly throughout the day.
• Pre-qualifying and educating patients about procedures and recovery.
• Processing payments.
• Managing provider schedules.

• Has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to make a strong first impression.
• Is detail-oriented and thrives during busy times.
• Enjoys exceeding patient expectations.
• Is motivated to improve patient experiences and practice processes.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Experience handling large call volumes.
• Experience working in plastic surgery or medical aesthetics required.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
