Position Summary: Responsibilities: Essential Duties - Oversee and manage the process and vendor relationships for North America immigration, relocation, corporate housing and tax services including invoicing and billing.
- Document and maintain North America mobility policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Provide support to foreign national employees and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on all aspects of immigration, including non-immigrant and immigrant visas and on-going support including resolving routine and non-routine questions, timelines, immigration support letters and employment support letters as needed. Guides and advises Talent Acquisition on immigration related recruitment needs.
- Partner with internal teams to secure appropriate approvals and proactively communicate information to all appropriate stakeholders.
- Manage job description website to ensure current and accurate job descriptions are available for HRBPs, Quality/Compliance and internal audit.
- Create and maintain a compensation dashboard for reporting purposes.
- Assist with monthly compensation data audits.
- Experience with relocation management and coordination of domestic relocations. Should have knowledge of international payroll principles, expatriate tax and understanding of hypothetical concept.
- Experience in the management of multiple outside vendors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and highly sensitive/confidential moves.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to uphold strict confidentiality when required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Occasional business travel required
