Job Title : .NET FULL STACK DEVELOPER (Hands-on) Location : Remote Job ID : SO# 00064355401 Role and Responsibilities: ~ Software Development: Implement design, develop high quality code, and maintain software applications using C#, .Net core, GO, Kafka, API, Mongo DB/SQL adhering to defined standards and design principles. Unit test the solution using XUnit. Perform code review with Peer /Architect team. Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM solutions. Ensure the software meets performance, quality, and security standards. ~ Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Utilize Splunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance. Identify and resolve software issues and bugs promptly. ~ Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with project managers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. ~ Ticket and Request Management: Respond to and resolve tickets and requests in a timely manner in ServiceNow & JIRA Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions. ~ Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other developers, QA teams, and IT staff to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. ~ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. Required Experience : Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7yrs years of experience in software development. Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, MongoDB, API, KAFKA, XUnit, GITLAB, JIRA, GO Lang and POSTMAN Tool. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM. Knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Service now and other monitoring tools is an added advantage. Strong critical thinking skills and diligence. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare industry. Certifications in relevant technologies. Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 6/13/2025. The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $75K-$85K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
