Feeding the world's growing population and slowing climate change are two of the world's greatest challenges at AGCO we are proud to be working towards a solution, come and join us as our new Part Warehouse Supervisor and make your contribution. **Job Summary:** As our new Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operation of the goods received and dispatched of Parts - Warehouse. **Your Impact** + Supervise the warehouse staff to facilitate the effective operation of the Parts Warehouse. + Comply with Safe Working Practices and safety hazards are addressed. + Ensure all goods received and dispatched comply to the required Quality standards. + Check incoming goods against documentation for accuracy. + Inform your manager of any non-conformance. + Approved & Qualified with dealing with overseas containers & paperwork. + Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained. **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Solid warehousing knowledge + Current Driving licence as this position will be required to work between our 2 sites, Sunshine West and Truganina + Previous Warehouse Supervision experience preferred; however, we are also open to considering individuals who are eager to develop their careers and step into this position + An ability to define and implement solutions against deadlines **Your Benefits** + Competitive base salary + A company performance related to an annual bonus + Continuous in-house training + A supportive workplace culture **Your Workplace** We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
