Pre-litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners is collaborating with a successful injury law firm that offers legal representation to clients on a national scale across the United States. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in Illinois personal injury-litigation to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a personal injury caseload, advocating for clients, and delivering optimal outcomes in pre-litigation matters. This role focuses exclusively on pre-litigation cases, requiring strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and an ability to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Someone who can "plug and play" and begin managing a caseload of 80 - 100 cases from intake to settlement.
• Evaluate and assess the merits of claims, including liability and damages.
• Conduct thorough client interviews and maintain open communication to address client concerns and provide case updates.
• Coordinate with medical providers and review medical records to assess injury claims.
• Prepare demand packages, negotiate with insurance adjusters, and secure fair settlements for clients.
• Maintain organized case files and adhere to established case management protocols.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation is a must
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to client advocacy and delivering results.
• Admission to the State Bar of IL and in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000

LOCATION:

• Chicago, IL (60606)
• Remote
• Only required to come into the office to meet with clients, team meetings, and trial preparation.
