Key Responsibilities:
Translate complex business requirements into effective SAP CRM solutions within the S/4 HANA environment
Configure, customize, and implement SAP CRM functionalities, including Service CRM modules
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and functionality
Provide end-to-end support including issue resolution, enhancements, and performance tuning
Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions for business users
Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CRM, including at least 2 years on S/4 HANA platforms
Expertise in CRM Service modules and strong functional configuration skills
Prior experience with Field Service Management (FSM) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
SAP certification in CRM or S/4 HANA is an added advantage
