**Immediate Hirring For 19$/hr Painter Helper** **Job Description** Join our team as a Painter Helper, where you will support the manufacturing process of high-quality diamond blades and core bits used in the construction, stone, and mining industries. This role involves assisting with the painting of parts and molds, ensuring products meet our stringent quality standards. 1st shift: 7:30am to 4pm ($19/hr) **Responsibilities** + Paint parts and cover molds as specified. + Read job orders to determine the required paint colors for blades. + Mix paint using acetone and water, and determine the number of colors needed. + Use a spray gun to paint the blades. + Read, understand, and perform duties based on training, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and job orders. + Inspect materials being produced or packed and perform required tests as defined in standard operating procedures. + Communicate effectively and report any problems to the supervisor. + Meet production goals in a timely manner, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. + Perform inspections of materials being produced as defined in standard operating procedures. **Essential Skills** + Painting and paint preparation. + Ability to adhere to strict PPE guidelines (gloves, safety glasses, steel-toed boots). + Proficiency in using a spray gun. + 1+ year of production or construction experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in industrial painting and general labor. + No paint experience required, but is a huge plus. + Comfortable working with paint and acetone. **Why Work Here?** We offer an opportunity for hire after the allotted period if performance meets our standards. The role is first shift, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with possible overtime during weekdays and Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
