Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Attorney with 4-5 years of expertise to join our team for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in drafting and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, and construction contracts.

Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates based in Seattle, WA (in-office attendance may be required).
Must have substantial experience in real estate law—candidates with mixed practices will not be considered.
Strong understanding of real estate development, standard real estate terms, and contracts.
Comfortable with using legal technology and software tools.

Responsibilities:

Draft and review leases, purchase agreements, and sale agreements.
Conduct title searches to verify the legal ownership of properties.
Negotiate terms and conditions for real estate transactions, including sales, leases, and financing agreements.
Prepare title insurance policies to protect clients against potential claims.

Compensation: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
