This is WITRON
Job Description Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources, including customers, projects, and onsite teams, to drive strategic decision-making and implement data-driven action plans.
Ensures performance metrics are clearly defined, understood, and met while continuously optimizing operational processes. Proactively identifies needs and supports the growth and development of key personnel to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Pay: $70-$110
Duties And Responsibilities - Drive the development, communication, and implementation of enterprise-wide Operational Excellence to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure business objectives are met.
- Establish strong relationships with customers to understand their business processes and operational needs.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to accurately capture customer requirements and ensure the proposed solutions align with business goals.
- Work closely with project teams to validate all processes and logic before operations go live.
- Lead the Quality Assurance team in defining, measuring, and maintaining operational quality standards.
- Support the onsite team in developing management tools and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Facilitate training and professional development initiatives to strengthen key personnel skills and capabilities.
- Inspire, coach, mentor, and lead employees and managers to achieve high performance, including addressing areas for improvement through constructive feedback and performance discussions.
- Document best practices in Operations Excellence and support their deployment across divisions.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with onsite teams, project teams, and customers. Key initiatives include implementing the Management Operating System (MOS), Kaizen events, Root Cause Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Report directly to Regional Manager(s).
Qualification - Minimum of 3 years experience in managing WIOSS operations
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Management
- Strong Leadership and Organizational skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills. Six Sigma certificate is an advantage. Lean certificate is an Advantage.
