A private, wound care company is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, reliable and detail-oriented Registered Nurse who is certified in Wound Care. In this role you will work alongside an amazing Wound Care provider. You must be willing to travel to multiple locations primarily in the Rochester, NY area.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist Nurse Practitioners (NPs) during patient visits in completing patient care and support duties.
• Available for urgent calls and/or discussions regarding patient care.
• Input and sign patient assessments, documentation, and notes within 24 hours.
• Review wound progress on a weekly basis or as needed with Providers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an RN
• Wound Care Certification Required
• RN License in the State of New York
Working Hours: Part time/Per Diem schedule!
