Job Description

We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat—providing fast, clear, and helpful responses to inquiries, issues, and support requests. You’ll be the first point of contact for many users, so a positive and professional communication style is essential.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a text-based environment , can multitask across multiple conversations, and enjoys solving problems efficiently—all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism.
Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide quick solutions or escalate when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all chat interactions using CRM or ticketing systems.
Collaborate with other support agents or departments to resolve complex issues.
Provide product or service guidance, recommend features, and assist with basic onboarding if needed.
Follow company policies, tone guidelines, and service standards in every interaction.
