Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare case strategies and provide regular client updates
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Manage the discovery process and collaborate with internal teams
- Attend virtual court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research to support case development
- Supervise and guide staff support as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of defense litigation experience, with a preference for Product Liability experience
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
- License: Active member of the California State Bar
