You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in. **What** **You Will Do:** + Gain hands-on experience in customer service, product knowledge, sales processes, customer relationship management, and performance analysis. + Work alongside experienced sales teams, contributing to real-world projects. + Assist with shipping and receiving duties in the warehouse to gain an understanding of supply chain and logistics impact on sales. + Participate in leadership and sales training. + Engage in various sales activities, including inside and outside sales, counter sales, and branch management to gain insight into daily branch operations. + Attend leadership panels, networking events, and present a final sales project to senior leaders. + **One-week immersive experience at our headquarters in Newport News, VA to network and gain understanding of Ferguson culture and values** **.** **What Y** **ou Need:** + Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or related field; rising junior or senior. + Able to work 10 consecutive weeks during the summer. **Internship start date is scheduled for June 1, 2026.** + Highly motivated, self-starter, competitive, customer-centric and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with team members and customers. + Real-world problem solver with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. + Strong teamwork, adaptability and time management skills. + Able to navigate an ambiguous environment and demonstrates strong interpersonal and organization skills. + Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. **Where you would work:** Our Sales Internship Program is available in 11 locations nationwide!
