The Dallas Bulls are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the team’s social media presence. This role is responsible for developing engaging content, growing the fan base across digital platforms, and enhancing the team’s brand through innovative social campaigns.
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create compelling content (graphics, videos, posts) that resonates with fans and promotes team initiatives, games, and community events.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize engagement and reach.
Engage with fans, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and media relations teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
Prepare regular reports on social media performance and ROI.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization, preferably in sports or entertainment.
Strong creative skills with proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for sports and understanding of fan culture.
Video production and editing skills a plus.
Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and game days.
Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to digital engagement.
