The Sr. Leadership Administrative Partner will provide comprehensive administrative and leadership support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and her leadership team within Rivian's Finance domain. This role will serve as the "go-to" person for complex calendar and inbox management, organizing team-building and social events, arranging travel, submitting expenses, setting up internal and external meetings, and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, exercise mature and professional judgment, operate at a senior level with confidentiality and discretion, have experience working with senior leadership, and demonstrate outstanding time management and prioritization skills. This role is located in the Palo Alto Office with a requirement to be in the office.
Salary Range for Palo Alto, CA based applicants: $107,000 - $133,000 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).
