Job Description

Osmose is currently seekinga Sr Power Engineer to work with a high-performing team in an Engineering group. This position will be responsible for managing cross functional relationships, while driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Design relaying schemes, wiring diagrams, and relay settings related to substation projects.
• Perform relay and device operation testing, client assistance, and commissioning of protective devices and associated equipment.
• Determine downline protective device placement and coordination for sectionalizing study projects.
• Manage power engineering projects including new construction and rebuilds.
• Manage and mentor other employees working on projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years of experience in the power industry
• Experience with SEL and Cooper relays and relay settings software preferred
• Experience producing and interpreting wiring diagrams and control schematics preferred
