Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering.
IT experience with a strong background in software engineering.
Hands-on experience developing large enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
Experience as a lead RPA developer or technical lead on large-scale projects.
Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, and administration.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
Proficient in full software lifecycle development, including source control, iterative development, and rapid prototyping
Knowledge and Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
Background in full SDLC, including iterative development, prototyping, and source control.
Experience with modern UI/UX frameworks and enterprise application integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about automation and digital transformation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines efficiently.
Nice to have:
Deep understanding of RPA best practices, development frameworks, and design patterns.
Strong expertise in API development, integration, web services, data exchange methods, and writing complex SQL queries.
