The Role

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, dive into real accounting operations, and grow into a key contributor within a high-energy startup environment.
You’ll assist with day-to-day accounting tasks — from reconciliations and reporting to payables and financial analysis — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all areas of the business.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CFO, sales, and supply chain teams — giving you visibility and impact that’s hard to find in larger organizations.

What You’ll Do

• Support the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Help track and analyze company expenses and budgets
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Work closely with operations and finance to improve processes and efficiency

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships count!)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or NetSuite a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Bonus If You Have

• CPA candidate or interest in pursuing CPA
• Experience with inventory accounting or consumer goods preferred
• Basic understanding of GAAP principles
