Position: Store Manager
Location: Anchorage, AK (One of Four locations)
Competitive Salary
Full-Time | 5-6 Days a Week
Duties & Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
✅ Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
✅ Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and operational budgets.
✅ Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
✅ Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and operational improvements.
✅ Handle inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
✅ Address customer concerns and create a welcoming dining experience.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
2+ years of restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience in food safety, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Passion for team development and customer service.
