Job Description:
Apply content into standard Microsoft Word templates
Edit documents for clarity, consistency, and plain language
Check accessibility (headings, alt text, color contrast, etc.)
Work with subject matter experts to revise and finalize content
Prepare documents for upload to SharePoint
Track progress and document status
Requirement:
Strong writing and editing skills
Skilled in Microsoft Word formatting and styles
Knowledge of digital accessibility (Section 508, WCAG 2.1)
Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro for accessibility checks
Attention to detail and ability to follow templates
Basic experience with screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS)
Organized and able to manage time well
Good communication skills
