Position Summary

Paladin Drones is seeking a talented and innovative Web Designer to lead the visual design, user experience, and front-end development of our digital presence. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional online experience that communicates our brand and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the company website, landing pages, and digital assets in line with brand guidelines
  
   
• Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns, product launches, and user experience improvements
  
   
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first design across all devices
  
   
• Optimize site performance, SEO, and accessibility
  
   
• Work with developers to implement interactive and animated web elements
  
   
• Monitor web traffic and user engagement and iterate based on performance analytics
  
   
• Maintain UI consistency and visual appeal throughout the website
• Maintaining and improving lead conversion funnels
  
   

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web design or front-end development
  
   
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks (e.g. React, WordPress, Webflow)
  
   
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and web projects
  
   
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  
   
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization
  
   
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  
   
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with drones, robotics, or tech/SaaS companies
  
   
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing tools (HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
  
   
• Animation or motion design skills a plus
• Strong business acumen 
• Strong sales acumen for lead gen
